Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Sales Tax is applied to orders that are shipping to the following states: Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and West Virginia. All shipments not going to these states are TAX-FREE! It's just another way DormCo helps you save versus shopping in over-priced, low-selection retail outlets in your area.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top-center of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us at help@dormco.com or 888-925-2899 for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top-center of our site.  Once in your DormCo account you will be able to click on "print invoices" to have a paper copy of your transaction.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 4-7 business days to process from the time we receive your returned item(s). For question on how to properly return goods please check out our Return Policy.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
